[테크수다 기자 도안구 eyeball@techsuda.com] 한국소프트웨어산업협회(회장 조준희, 이하 KOSA)는 17일(월) 키르기즈공화국 살름베코프대학(Salymbekov University)과 소프트웨어산업 및 인재육성을 위한 상호협력 업무협약을 체결했다.

살름베코프 대학은 키르기즈공화국 도르도이 그룹(Dordoi Association) 창업자 아스카르 살름베코프(Askar Salymbekov) 회장이 세운 종합 대학으로, 도르도이 그룹은 유통, 은행, 병원 등 50여 개의 계열사로 이루어진 키르기즈공화국 대표 민간 기업이다. 한국 소프트웨어(SW) 기업들과의 협력 및 인재육성 등 다양한 발전방안을 모색하고자 KOSA를 방문했다.

협약식에는 김동철 KOSA 상근부회장과 박환수 전무, 에센겔디 주마딜로프(Esengeldi Zhumadilov) 살름베코프대학 총장, 메디나 살름베코바(Medina Salymbekova) 도르도이 그룹 창업자의 손녀, 외국인 투자자 협회 카이랏 이티바에프( Kairat Itivbaev) 회장, DOC병원 누르벡 모노로프(Nurbek Monolov) 이사, 주한키르기즈공화국대사관 김호성 명예영사, 이 모임을 주선한 호준환 셀러고 대표와 주한키르키즈대사관 IT 어드바이저인 도안구 테크수다 대표 등이 참석했다.

양 기관은 이번 협약을 통해, ▲양 국가 간 소프트웨어산업 발전 도모 ▲소프트웨어 및 IT 인재육성 협력활동 ▲살름베코프 대학과의 교육·산업훈련 협력사업 ▲협회 회원사의 키르기즈 공화국 진출 지원 등 다양한 분야의 협력을 약속했다.

The Korea Software Industry Association (KOSA), led by President Joonhee Cho, signed a mutual cooperation agreement with Salymbekov University in the Kyrgyz Republic on Monday, the 17th, to foster the software industry and nurture talent.

Salymbekov University is a comprehensive institution established by Askar Salymbekov, the founder of the Dordoi Association, which is a prominent private enterprise in the Kyrgyz Republic consisting of over 50 affiliates in sectors such as distribution, banking, and healthcare. The university visited KOSA to explore various development plans, including cooperation with Korean software companies and talent development.

The signing ceremony was attended by KOSA Executive Vice President Dongcheol Kim, Executive Director Hwansoo Park, Salymbekov University President Esengeldi Zhumadilov, Medina Salymbekova, the granddaughter of the founder of the Dordoi Group, Kairat Itivbaev, President of the Association of Foreign Investors, Nurbek Monolov, Director of DOC Hospital, and Hosung Kim, Honorary Consul of the Kyrgyz Republic in Korea.

Through this agreement, the two institutions pledged to cooperate in various fields, including:

• Promoting the development of the software industry between the two countries
• Collaborative activities for nurturing software and IT talent
• Educational and industrial training cooperation projects with Salymbekov University
• Supporting KOSA member companies' entry into the Kyrgyz Republic.
